At PinQ Radiance, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our luxury skincare products. Due to the personal and artisanal nature of our small-batch body butters and body oils, we have established the following guidelines for returns and exchanges.

1. Returns on Skincare Products

  • Safety & Hygiene: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products.

  • Unopened Items: You may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund, excluding shipping costs.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition you received them to qualify for a refund.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting: If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass or leaking oil), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Documentation: To expedite a replacement or refund, please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

3. Melting Policy (Body Butters)

  • Nature of Product: Our body butters are made with natural ingredients that can soften or melt in high temperatures during transit.

  • Resolution: Melting does not affect the quality of the product. If your butter arrives melted, place it in a cool environment or refrigerator to solidify. Because this is a natural occurrence, we do not offer refunds for melted products.

4. How to Start a Return

  • To initiate a return for an unopened item, please email us with your order details.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a documented error on our part or a defective product.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
